Transforming Exhibition Spaces

On receipt of the brief, our head designer, Mike, worked his magic to create a sketch up file ensuring all functionality and design elements were considered, and then this sketch was converted into a full colour life-like 3D visual of the exhibition stand. This visual representation enables the client to see their ideas in a realistic and immersive way, showing how the final stand will look and function. It’s a crucial step that ensures all design elements meet the clients vision and objectives.

Design Highlights of the Stand:

Utilising the Mobius framework we can implement practical features such as built-in storage, flexible lighting solutions, and interactive demo areas to enhance visitor engagement.

Every exhibition stand design is one-of-a-kind. Here’s a glimpse into the innovative features we incorporated to make this project stand out from the competition.

• Clean matte white finish: Provided a contemporary and versatile backdrop.
• Raised brand lettering: Set against the matt white finish and illuminated for visual impact.
• Natural wood slat walls: Offered semi-privacy while blending seamlessly with the overall aesthetic.
• Wood ceiling elements: Enhanced the natural look, maintaining consistency with the Head Office design.
• Trailing plants: Created an inviting feature wall, adding a touch of greenery and warmth.
  Backlit graphic panels: Integrated to draw attention and highlight key messages with energy efficient LED lighting.
• Multiple demo/meeting zones: Designed to facilitate interactions and discussions.
• Outer high definition LED video walls: Positioned facing the isles to capture visitor interest by displaying dynamic content and multiple messages to directly engage with potential customers.
• Cylindrical overhead framework: Simple high level branding complemented the stand design using our re-usable lightweight aluminium framework, increasing brand visibility at the event.
• Blending modular design with unique custom concepts: OK Mobility have a boat hire division and requested the bar on the stand to have a nautical vibe. Using our curved modular frameworks to provided a sturdy base, we created a stunning custom-made oak veneered table top with deep angled edges to create their boating theme.

Sustainable Solutions

After building the stand at Excel, we sent all materials and cladding to our European partner in Spain. They successfully rebuilt the stand for a subsequent event in Europe, demonstrating how using modular, reusable components can minimise waste and offer efficient, eco-friendly exhibition solutions.

The Result

The combination of our reputable innovative design and our commitment to sustainability ensured that the exhibition stand exceeded expectations. We created a stand that was both visually striking and environmentally responsible ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
